Dashboard not showing analytics data (including blog browser)

1. Have you gone through our troubleshooting documentation about dashboard not showing any analytics data?

If you have validated that the detailed recording is enabled, then you may want to verify the do not track endpoint middleware or API definition property is enabled.

2. If you have multiple pumps configured, can you see data or analytics record within any of the other data sinks e.g. splunk, kafka, elastisearch?

3. If no recent data is present the other pump/sink, could you troubleshoot and examine the pump logs in debug mode. As indicated setting up std out pump can show you if analytics records are being purged from Redis

4. Log browser not showing data? Here are the most common reason why: enable detailed logging

5. If none of these work, then it may be necessary to reach out to support and provide your gateway, pump config, and dashboard/analytics config
